So I was sitting on my couch, completely in love with my tivo and I realized I did not work out yet today, so guess what I did!?! I got my ass off my couch, put on my sweats and tennis shoes, and took a 3-mile run outside!!!! I think I thought it was like May outside and not February, but I did it anyway. I’m incredibly proud of myself.
