I am going to challenge myself to get up an hour earlier than normal and do Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 before I go to work. 

I am challenging myself to write out an entire weeks worth of meals and stick to them.

I am challenging myself to finish my portfolio before Wednesday. 

I am challenging myself to run my first 10k in less than 68 minutes. 

I am challenging myself to end the school year on a high note and a smile on my face.
